저희 연구실에서 박사학위를 취득('00)하시고 사회에 진출하신 이상우 선배님이 MEMS packaging 회사인 'ePack'을 공동설립하시고, 현재 CTO로 활동중입니다.

현재 회사는 미국 미시간에 위치하고 있으며 Electrical Feed-Through Interconnection, Wafer Level Packaging, High Performance Hybrid Packaging 등의 다양한 솔루션을 제공하고 있습니다.
